The company ensures that it doesn’t cut corners to execute its project and observes the industry code of conduct where applicable.

Our Stating Point
Zinodive underwater services is a registered firm who have come a long way over some period of years with a reputable track record of underwater and marine related services. We commenced operation on the 2nd of Oct, 1996 aimed at rendering diving services. On the 23rd of May, 2002. The company was registered by the corporate affairs commission (CAC) as Botdive Underwater Engineers as a business name and was incorporated as a private limited liability company, granted certificate of registration by the Corporate Affairs Commission. As at the time of registration, the company was into all underwater works/engineering and general contractor.
In September, 2010, the company name was changed to Zinodive Underwater Services Nig Ltd and was issued certificate of incorporation under the companies and allied matter act of 1990.
Certificate of incorporation was issued in the name of Zinodive underwater Services Nig Ltd on 24th January, 2011.
…now we have advanced from diving operations and services to full marine, Oil & Gas services outfit. Focusing on rendering professional services to the oil, energy and marine sectors of the economy and have executed challenging projects for many reputable organizations.
Zinodive Underwater services is a group of company. Historically, it’s known as one of the best and reputable firm in the Shipping, Marine, Oil & Gas Industry.
